At Burns Printing we use the Heidelberg Prinect PDF workflow and Heidelberg Signastation imposition software. This state of the art workflow automates the Preflight, Rip and Trapping processes in defined segments. Using the combination of Epson proofing and PDF soft proofs, Burns Printing has invested in the tools needed to fulfill the production needs of this fast-paced industry.

Our Prepress area also includes the automated Heidelberg Suprasetter Thermal Plate Recorder, which routinely produces up to 100 plates unattended. Also, with a Heidelberg Signasetter Pro filmsetter, we maintain the option for digital film output.
